GENERAL TERMS 

PAYMENT TERMS 

Full Payment: Upon booking confirmation, the guest agrees to make a full payment for the total reservation amount. The booking will be considered confirmed only after the full payment is received. 

Authorization Hold: For all bookings, an authorization hold will be performed. The amount of the authorization hold is RM300, or the total booking payment amount if the total booking payment is lesser than RM300.  The authorization hold will be processed four days before the check-out date for bookings with a length of stay of five days or more.  For bookings with a total length of less than five days, the authorization hold will be processed immediately upon booking confirmation. 

RELEASE OF AUTHORIZATION HOLD 

The authorization hold amount will be released three days after the guest checks out from the homestay, provided there are no damages or violations of the homestay rules during their stay. 

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Guests are required to adhere to all house rules and guidelines provided in the "Other things to note" section of the homestay listing. These rules are designed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests and residents in the vicinity. 

BOOKING CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT 

Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent to us in writing, by email, fax or post, and will take effect on the day we receive the request. 

You will be liable to pay the cancellation or amendment charges shown below. 

More than 30 days before arrival date = 10% of the booking price. 

29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price. 

Less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price. 

There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay. 

CHANGES BY THE COMPANY 

In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment. 

DATA PROTECTION (Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December ) 

In compliance with the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December, on Protection of Personal Data ("LOPD"), we inform that, through the completion of forms, your personal details will be incorporated and held in the company files, with the purpose of being able to offer and provide you with our services. In addition, we inform you of the possibility to exercise the right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition with regard to your personal data, the company being responsible for the file.
